VANRATH are assisting in the recruitment of a SHEQ Manager for a large company in Dungannon.
Site is based in Dungannon - Monday to Friday - This is a Permanent position.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced SHEQ Manager to lead and develop their Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) function. The Role
- Lead and develop the SHEQ team, providing guidance and support.
- Maintain and enhance ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 systems.
- Ensure compliance with all SHEQ legislation and standards.
- Deliver training, toolbox talks and drive SHEQ awareness.
- Investigate incidents, oversee corrective actions and produce reports.
- Manage risk assessments, audits and inspections across all sites.
- Lead SHEQ onboarding and continuous improvement initiatives.
The Person
- NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and degree/diploma in relevant field.
- Proven SHEQ experience in electrical, construction, utilities or engineering sectors.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, organisational and IT abilities.
- Full UK driving licence essential and able to travel with role to site.
