Role: SHEQ Advisor
Type: Permanent | Full-Time
Location: Dungannon, Northern Ireland (Hybrid)
An established and award-winning construction and civil engineering contractor is seeking a SHEQ Advisor to support the safe, compliant and high-quality delivery of projects across residential, commercial, education and infrastructure sectors.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated SHEQ professional to work closely with site teams, influence positive safety culture, and support continuous improvement across health, safety, environmental and quality systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits and compliance checks.
- Support project teams with SHEQ documentation including RAMS, COSHH, SSOW, inductions and toolbox talks.
- Assist with incident reporting, investigations and trend analysis.
- Support the maintenance and administration of ISO-certified Integrated Management Systems (9001, 14001, 27001 & 45001).
- Monitor subcontractor compliance and on-site performance.
- Attend SHEQ, site and management meetings.
- Support ongoing accreditation and certification requirements.
- Promote best practice and continuous improvement across projects.

About You
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a construction-based SHEQ role.
- Experience working with ISO management systems.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong communication skills and practical site experience.
