We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Head Physiotherapist to lead our physiotherapy team within a reputable healthcare facility. The successful candidate will oversee patient care, develop treatment programmes, and ensure the highest standards of physiotherapy practice. This role offers an opportunity to utilise extensive clinical expertise to improve patient outcomes across diverse age groups, including paediatrics, in a dynamic environment.
Position is based in Belfast.
Salary - £40,000 - £50,000 + Bonus + Potential for Equity & Fantastic Benefits & Amazing Owners
Duties
- Lead and coordinate physiotherapy services across various departments, ensuring effective delivery of patient care programmes.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, including those in paediatrics, to determine personalised treatment plans.
- Supervise and mentor junior physiotherapists and support staff, fostering professional development and adherence to clinical standards.
- Develop specialised rehabilitation programmes based on thorough understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient recovery and functional outcomes.
- Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in physiotherapy practices and integrate evidence-based approaches into service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols, including infection control measures.
Requirements
- Ability to lead 2 Physiotherapists
- MSK
- HCPC
- 6-8 Years Physiotherapist experience
