VANRATH are partnering with a long-established supplier within the dental industry, currently entering an exciting phase of growth and investment. With a strong reputation and client base across the UK & Ireland, the business is now seeking a Head of Sales to lead the commercial strategy and take ownership of revenue performance.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you will shape sales direction, manage team performance, and represent the business across the sector.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver a results-driven sales strategy to achieve revenue and margin targets
Lead and support a growing internal sales team, fostering a high-performance culture
Set and monitor KPIs, using performance data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement
Represent the business at industry events and strengthen presence across the dental sector
Collaborate with marketing to deliver lead-generating campaigns that support business objectives
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and industry partners
Support recruitment, development, and ongoing coaching within the sales function
Promote a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous learning within the team
The Ideal Candidate
5+ years' experience in a senior sales leadership role, ideally within dental, healthcare, or distribution
Strong commercial acumen and data-led approach to sales performance
Natural leader with a proven track record of developing teams and delivering results
Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including board and senior clients
Experience aligning sales with marketing and operational teams to support wider business strategy
