An ambitious and rapidly expanding telecoms provider is seeking an experienced Head of Provisioning to lead and evolve its service delivery operations. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing team that prides itself on exceptional customer service, reliability, and operational efficiency across the broadband and VoIP sector.


The Role:
As Head of Provisioning, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end delivery process for broadband, VoIP, and associated telecoms services. Leading a team of provisioning specialists, you'll drive efficiency, manage supplier relationships, and ensure customer activations are completed smoothly and on time.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the provisioning team to deliver high-quality telecoms services.
  • Oversee workflows across broadband, VoIP, and other connectivity solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and escalate service issues where required.
  • Collaborate with engineering, support, and commercial teams to align operational delivery.
  • Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline performance.
  • Ensure accurate system record-keeping and proactive communication with customers during order fulfilment.
  • Act as a key escalation point for complex provisioning issues or supplier delays.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and development of scalable service delivery processes.


What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in telecoms provisioning, operations, or service delivery.
  • Strong people management skills with experience leading high-performance teams.
  • Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
  • A proactive mindset and a strong focus on process improvement.
  • Ability to work across multiple platforms and coordinate between internal departments and external suppliers.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Desirable Experience:

  • Understanding of VoIP, FTTP/FTTC provisioning, and mobile activation processes.
  • Experience with wholesale telecom providers in the UK or Ireland.
  • Familiarity with CRM, ticketing, and provisioning tools.
