VANRATH is exclusively partnering with a market leading technology business, presently seeking to appoint a Head of People & Culture to a newly created role.

Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives and supporting organisational growth.

Employee Experience & Engagement: Champion initiatives that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and retention.

Lead culture-building activities and support internal communications.

Talent Management: Support workforce planning, succession planning, and career development.

Partner with managers to identify and nurture high-potential talent.

Performance & Development: Drive performance management processes, coaching leaders on feedback, goal setting, and development planning.

Employee Relations: Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI): Promote inclusive practices and support DEI initiatives across the business.

HR Operations & Compliance: HR policies and procedures are managed and maintained to ensure compliance with employment legislation in Northern Ireland and best practice standards.

The Ideal Person

  • Demonstrated experience operating independently in a standalone People role.
  • Proven experience in a Senior People role, ideally within a tech.
  • Experience in managing and maintaining ISO management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 27001), including audits, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
