About your next employer

You will lead and define the organisations marketing activities to ensure that the products and services are effectively promoted, the brand awareness is maximised the values are protected and grow passenger journeys and revenues. You will work closely with the Head of Customer Experience, Our Corporate Communications Team and front-line Operational Managers to ensure that all customers have a seamless consistent experience of our brand across our services and facilities.

About you

  • At least 5 years' experience operating at a Senior Management level in a marketing role
  • Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline
  • Experience of managing a budget
  • Experience of developing brand strategies and media campaigns
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines

What you'll do

  • Define and develop the Corporate Marketing Strategy, ensuring it aligns to the key pillars of the corporate strategy, and champion its implementation throughout the business.
  • Design, develop, implement and evaluate strategies and tactical plans for marketing activities to promote passenger and revenue growth and modal shift.
  • Work with the Customer Experience function to initiate and design a programme of market and customer research to underpin corporate and marketing business decisions.
  • Working closely with the digital team to ensure the brands are promoted and design and implement an e-commerce strategy for key services and products to provide a modern, on-line sales and booking channel.
