What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement a global marketing strategy aligned to commercial objectives

  • Drive brand evolution, ensuring consistency across all international touchpoints

  • Lead global campaigns, digital marketing, and demand generation initiatives

  • Collaborate with business development and delivery teams to position marketing as a strategic growth driver

  • Manage, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team across brand, content, digital, and communications

  • Represent marketing at a leadership level and contribute to company-wide strategy

  • Oversee budgets, performance metrics, and KPIs to deliver measurable ROI

Who We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years' marketing leadership experience, with at least 2 years at senior or global level

  • Experience in construction, engineering or environmental industries
  • Proven success delivering high-profile B2B campaigns and events

  • Experience managing international, multidisciplinary teams

  • Strong commercial awareness and data-driven approach

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Passion for sustainability, innovation, and measurable impact

  • Willingness to travel locally to various sites as required
