The Head of Finance will be brought in on an initial 6-month contract with the view of securing a permanent role. This is an opportunity to get your foot in the door with a business who are continually looking for new commercial opportunities, and the Head of Finance will play an integral part of this team. About you
- Qualified Accountant with 5+ years' experience in a senior position
- Strong people management and team leadership skills
- Energetic, proactive with a strong work ethic
- Ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Available at short notice
What you'll do
- Support the managing director in effective management of finance function
- Assist in developing and delivering annual budgets
- Ensure robust controls, financial systems, performance analytics are in place
- Treasury management
- Challenge & Optimise pricing and margin to create competitive advantage and drive profitability
- Full overview of group accounting function
