Group HR Manager
VANRATH is pleased to be partnering with one of Northern Ireland's best known hospitality organisations, as they seek to appoint a Group HR Manager.
What you will be doing.
An exciting opportunity to join an enthusiastic team of passionate HR professionals, the role of HR Manager will allow you to develop strong relationships across the group, working collaboratively with colleagues and management to drive results for their respective departments and the wider business.
The HR Department is comprised of a core team of six passionate professionals who work collaboratively whilst assigned to key areas of responsibility.
- Two year's experience in a HRM or BP level role, with exp of leading a team.
- Thorough, up-to-date knowledge of NI employment law
- Experience in providing and producing high-quality advice to managers.
- CIPD Level 5 / working towards CIPD level 5
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle
