- Qualified professional accountant with relevant certifications
- Experience in accounts preparation and financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of technical accounting standards and principles
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide insights
- Effective communicator, capable of building strong relationships across teams
- Proficient in systems development and data analysis, with solid IT literacy
- Experience working with auditors and managing strict reporting deadlines
What you'll do:
- Support the organisation's financial reporting processes, especially within designated divisions or functions
- Lead financial analysis, reporting, and KPI development to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and accuracy in reporting
- Manage relationships with internal and external auditors
- Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting systems and processes
