Groundworker
Are you looking for a Groundworker role? Interested in working for a leading Construction Company?
VANRATH are recruiting a Groundworker to work on Social Housing maintenance projects for a large, leading Construction Company in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
Carry out various Groundworks tasks to a high standard including:
- Flagging
- Blocked paving
- Tarmac
- Concreating
- Kerbs
- Excavations
- Footings
- Ramps
Additional duties include:
- Clear and prepare sites by removing debris, vegetation and existing structures
- Lay and level foundations ensuring precise measurements and alignment
- Install and maintain drainage systems including pipes, manholes and water management systems
- Set up and dismantle temporary structures such as site offices and storage units
- Mix and pour concrete for foundations, footpaths and other structures
The Ideal Person:
- Relevant industry training and qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Groundworker role
- Proficiency in operating groundworks machinery and tools (with relevant qualifications)
- CSR Card
- High level customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate good teamwork values
- Full, valid, clean driving license
