Graduate/Trainee Process/Manufacturing Engineer
Vanrath are recruiting for a Graduate / Trainee Process Engineer to join our international plastic manufacturing client based in Newtownabbey, Co Antrim.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate with 1 year's experience to join a forever growing global manufacturing business that will provide you with genuine strong career progression opportunities. You will be provided with training in the manufacturing process, with the opportunity to train in/implement world class manufacturing practices (Lean, Six Sigma etc.).

Reporting to the Production Manager you will be responsible for

  • Monitoring and analysing operating data from the manufacturing process using statistical tools proactively and re actively
  • Maintain/create process documentation
  • Monitoring and analysing operating data from the manufacturing process using statistical tools
  • Key material/equipment stock control
  • Improvements to the current processing parameters/techniques


Working hours will be Monday - Thursday 8am to 5pm and early Friday finish at 2.30pm.

Criteria

  • Engineering/Technical Qualification (minimum HNC)
  • 1 years' experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Ideally have some experience in stock control
