About you
Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with at least 5+ years post qualified experience
Experience in developing audit procedures and leading audit teams
Managing and delivering process improvements while adhering to high standards of corporate governance
Experience in drafting and/or interpreting legal contracts, financial structuring and implementing practical financial arrangements
Strong leadership and staff management experience with responsibility to plan, allocate and monitor resource
