VANRATH are recruiting for a Global Reliability Engineer to develop reliability programs as part of our client's Operations Excellence team.

Remuneration:
£80,000 to £100,000 Annual Salary

Client
Our client is a globally recognised brand, one of the most iconic and valuable corporate franchises in their industry.

With a huge multinational organisation and manufacturing operation, there is a consistent drive for increased reliability and resilience in their manufacturing processes.

The Role

  • Develop global reliability programs to improve the resiliency and availability of all global manufacturing assets.
  • Identify opportunities to improve global asset management practices, ensuring consistency in processes and practices, and alignment with global site strategies and priorities.
  • Develop, implement, monitor, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) associated with continued global manufacturing asset reliability.
  • Lead initiatives across multiple functions leading to organizational improvement, cultural change, and overall process improvements related to asset management and systems reliability.
  • Act as the subject matter expert in predictive technologies and reliability data analysis to assist in root cause analysis, change management review, and corrective action plan development and execution.
  • Occasional travel to global company locations (up to 10%).



The Ideal Person:

  • Minimum Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or similar)
  • 3+ Years experience in Manufacturing Process improvement
  • Understanding of maintenance within a manufacturing environment
  • Program/Project Management experience
