CLIENT

My client has 80% of their Global IT Services here in Belfast and as an IT Service Desk Manager you will be leading their global team, who serve as the main point of contact for all IT related issues and requests. As the IT Service Desk Manager you will be responsible for the team delivering outstanding customer service to all internal and external stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The delivery of excellent customer service

  • Work with all internal and external stakeholders ensuring exceptional business standards and requirements are met
  • Lead and coach the highest standard of IT service desk personnel.


THE IDEAL PERSON

  • Significant experience of working in an IT Service Desk and ITIL environment
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service in an IT environment
  • Adept at handling business-critical incidents
  • Lead a team of IT Service Desk staff in a shift environment to meet agreed performance targets


REMUNERATION

£50,000 - £66,000
