The role of the Fraud Officer is to investigate allocated cases, ensuring all aspects of the case are explored, including visiting incident scenes, taking statements, and the provision of high quality reports including making appropriate recommendations based on evidence gathered.

About you

  • Degree educated
  • Minimum 2 years experience of managing criminal or other legal investigations
  • Possess excellent communication skills and reporting skills
  • Must hold a valid driving licence and have access to a car

What you'll do

  • Prepare casework
  • Undertake the investigation of complex cases
  • Manage personal caseloads of multiple investigations
  • Prepare high quality reports
  • Provide on call support to critical incidents
