Fire & Security Maintenance Engineer

The Ideal Person
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fire and security system maintenance, with strong diagnostic skills and the ability to deliver exceptional service within commercial and mission-critical environments. You will have:
Minimum 3 years' experience in a Fire & Security service or maintenance role
Strong technical knowledge of C-TEC, Advanced, Fike, and Kentec systems (or similar)
Skilled in fault-finding, testing, and remedial works across fire, intruder, CCTV, access control, nurse call, and emergency lighting systems
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator with strong customer focus
Full, clean UK driving licence
Willingness to participate in an on-call rota (1 week in 9)
Responsibilities
As a Fire & Security Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality planned and reactive maintenance across a range of client sites throughout Northern Ireland. Your duties will include:
Completing PPM visits, weekly testing, and servicing of life safety and security systems
Diagnosing and repairing system faults efficiently to ensure full functionality and compliance
Conducting maintenance and small remedial works on C-TEC, Advanced, Fike, and Kentec fire systems
Maintaining compliance with all health, safety, and quality standards
Providing detailed service reports and maintaining accurate documentation
Delivering a professional service with a focus on reliability and customer satisfaction
Remuneration
£35,000 - £45,000 DOE + a fantastic range of benefits including:
