VANRATH are working with one of NI's most successful construction companies to fill the need for a Fire and Security Engineer to join their Facilities Management division.


Remuneration:

  • £33,000 to £36,000 Basic Salary
  • 1.5x Overtime during week
  • 2x Overtime for Sundays and Bank Holidays
  • Company Van and Fuel Card

Our client are one the most recognised names in the Construction industry in Northern Ireland, which history of success dating back over 100 years.

Growing to a national scale, they now operate over 20 regional offices within 5 service divisions across the UK and Ireland. This role sits within their Facilities Management team, operating out of their Belfast office.

The Role

  • Completion of pre-planned maintenance to varying Fire and Security Systems.
  • Complete any required remedial repairs encompassing either, Fire, Intruder Alarm, CCTV, or Access Control systems.
  • Responsible for the completion of Installation Works to varying Fire and Security Systems when required.
  • Provide exceptional maintenance services to high profile clients and deliver to the highest quality standards in all areas of your performance.


The Ideal Person:

  • Level 3 qualification in Electrical/Electronic Installations or similar
  • Minimum 3 years experience working with Fire and Security equipment
  • Full Clean Driving License
