Financial Controller

VANRATH are delighted to be working in partnership with a market leading business based in Antrim to recruit a Financial Controller to join the growing finance team. Reporting to the Financial Director the Financial Controller is a newly created role and has come about due to growth within the business.

About you

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
  • Strong broad hands-on accounts experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience managing a small high performing finance team

What you'll do

  • Preparation of management & statutory year end accounts for the group
  • Preparation of half year management accounts for group companies.
  • Preparation of group consolidations and FX
  • Daily/weekly/monthly bank reconciliations to include foreign currency.
  • Manage accounting operations for the Group
  • Perform any other duties as may be reasonably be required from time-to-time.
