Vanrath are delighted to be working with an award winning global Insurance company in helping recruit for a Financial Analyst. Working as a Senior Financial Consultant, this is a fantastic hands on commercial role supporting the day to day activities of the Financial and Planning team and gaining exposure to Senior Management

As a Financial Analyst, it is an exciting time to join the FP&A Team, as the team is working to bring in top tier talent to help enhance the model infrastructure and operating model to provide best-in-class support to the business, with exciting long-term career paths available. The role involves working with business partners to support investment management business decisions.


  • Financial reporting and meaningful analysis (including variance and trend analysis) to support business decisions
  • Forecasting and planning
  • Consult with business partners to drive optimal business decisions
  • Play a key role in enhancing the reporting and model infrastructure on the team and enhancing the value added by the team to the business
  • Be a peer leader in the organisation and assist in developing junior talent


  • All candidates must evidence an existing right to work in the UK'
  • A degree level qualification (or equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Accountancy, or similar discipline,
  • Minimum of 4+ years of financial analysis experience
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Applicants must be willing and eligible to travel to the USA.
  • Experience in data visualisation software inc powerBI or Tableau is desirable
