About you

  • Proven track record leading finance or shared services teams (15-20 staff), ideally within a professional services or large corporate environment
  • Strong operational experience across billing, receivables, and cash management
  • Skilled in process improvement, automation, and performance optimisation
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to influence at senior level
  • Commercially focused with strong analytical ability and advanced Excel/ERP systems knowledge
  • Inclusive and motivational leader with a genuine commitment to staff development

What you'll do

  • Oversee day-to-day finance operations, ensuring accurate and timely billing, collections, and cash allocation
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a large team across multiple functions and regions
  • Partner with senior finance leadership to deliver strategic improvement projects and enhance working capital performance
  • Champion automation and technology initiatives to improve process efficiency and data insight
  • Monitor and report on KPIs and performance metrics, ensuring targets are achieved
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
