What You'll Bring

• Extensive experience managing finance or shared service teams (15-20+ staff), ideally in a global or professional services environment
• Expertise in billing, receivables, cash management, and process optimisation
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at senior levels
• Demonstrable experience driving automation and performance improvement within finance operations
• Advanced analytical skills with strong knowledge of ERP systems and Excel
• A motivational leadership style with a passion for developing high-performing teams

Your Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across billing, collections, and cash allocation to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Manage, inspire, and develop a large finance operations team across multiple regions
• Collaborate with senior leaders to deliver strategic process enhancements and improve working capital performance
• Drive automation and system optimisation to boost efficiency and data visibility
