What You'll Bring
- Extensive experience managing finance or shared service teams (15-20+ staff), ideally in a global or professional services environment
- Expertise in billing, receivables, cash management, and process optimisation
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at senior levels
- Demonstrable experience driving automation and performance improvement within finance operations
- Advanced analytical skills with strong knowledge of ERP systems and Excel
- A motivational leadership style with a passion for developing high-performing teams
Your Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations across billing, collections, and cash allocation to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Manage, inspire, and develop a large finance operations team across multiple regions
- Collaborate with senior leaders to deliver strategic process enhancements and improve working capital performance
- Drive automation and system optimisation to boost efficiency and data visibility
- Report on performance metrics and ensure delivery against key KPIs
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within your team
