Job Description

VANRATH are pleased to be partnered with a leading charity who are recruiting a Finance Officer to join their team. This role can offer an experienced finance professional the chance to build their career within the third sector.

The Ideal Person

If you have experience working in Finance or Accounting role:

  • Experience of purchase ledger processing.
  • Experience of producing monthly management accounts.
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office in particular Microsoft Excel to manipulate data and produce reports.
  • Demonstrable experience of maintaining a high level of customer service and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

As a Finance Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with purchase ledgers, invoices and payment runs
  • Data cleaning and dealing with suppliers
  • System implementation
  • Cash books, general ledgers and reconciliations
