VANRATH are delighted to be working in partnership with a hugely successful Fintech company experiencing significant growth in helping recruit for a commercially astute Finance Manager to join the dynamic finance team.
Reporting into the Financial Controller, this is a newly created exciting and dynamic role that will offer the right candidate the opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of the business and really make an impact on a commercial level by going beyond the numbers and drawing insights to add real value to the business.

Candidate:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA or CIMA) keen to work in a fast-paced commercial environment/make their first move into Industry
- Minimum 3 years post qualified
- Skilled technical accountant
- Excellent systems/Excel skills
Role:
- Ownership of the key processes within the financial control function.
- Preparation of monthly consolidated management accounts under lease accounting standards
- Prepare detailed variance analysis for internal and external stakeholders
- Balance sheet reconciliations, oversee bank reconciliations, AP & AR
- Assist with completion of external regulatory compliance requirements and coordination of company audits
- Assist with implementing new ERP system
