Operating with a small-to-medium sized team led by senior management, the organisation's purpose is to provide support to local communities across Northern Ireland.
About you
*Qualified member of a recognised professional accounting body (e.g., ICAEW, CIMA, ACCA, CIPFA)
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in financial management, governance, and liaising with auditors
* Leadership experience managing finance teams
* Knowledge of public sector financial frameworks and regulations
What you'll do
* Lead and develop the finance and governance teams to deliver accurate, timely financial reports
* Oversee financial controls, risk management, and compliance with funding standards
* Manage budgets, monitor expenditure, and ensure value for money
* Prepare annual accounts and liaise with auditors
* Support strategic financial planning and stakeholder engagement
