VANRATH are delighted to be working with a high growth organisation to recruit commercially astute Finance Manager. Reporting to the Financial Controller the Finance Manager will take on a key role within the close knit finance team

About you

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) - would suit someone at AM/Manager level keen to move into a fast paced commercial business
• Strong MS Excel skills and systems experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

What you'll do

• Take ownership of key processes within the financial control function.
• You will have the opportunity to gain great experience in technical accounting and also work on key strategic projects to prepare the business for scale.
• Play a key role in the execution of monthly consolidated management accounts under lease accounting standards and prepare detailed variance analysis for a range of internal and external stakeholders
• Lead on balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness and oversee bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and account receivable functions
• Assist with the completion of external regulatory compliance requirements and with the coordination of all company audits.
