Finance Executive (Belfast, Immediately Available)
Job Description
VANRATH are pleased to be partnered with a leading charity who are recruiting a Finance Executive to join their team on an initial interim contract for 6-12 months to then potentially be extended. This role can offer an experienced finance professional the chance to build their career within the third sector.
26k-30k SALARY
The Ideal Person
If you have experience working in Finance or Accounting role:
- Experience of purchase ledger processing.
- Experience of producing monthly management accounts.
- Experience of using Microsoft Office in particular Microsoft Excel to manipulate data and produce reports.
- Demonstrable experience of maintaining a high level of customer service and meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities
As a Finance Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with purchase ledgers, invoices and payment runs
- Data cleaning and dealing with suppliers
- System implementation
- Cash books, general ledgers and reconciliations
