The role:

Due to continued growth and internal promotions, a fantastic opportunity has come up for a Finance Business Partner to work alongside Senior Management and gain experience in business partnering with major stakeholders

Responsibilities:

• Support owners and their respective Project Managers in delivering their financial objectives, highlighting significant variances against the plan and working with the stakeholders to agree on improvements
• Track all aspects of finance against budget and provide analysis of results
• Support leaders on reviewing and allocating costs
• Help with annual budget setting, forecasting and monthly reporting
• Work closely with and present to key stakeholders
• Take an active part in key commercial decisions that impact the future of the business

The Candidate:

• Newly Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA )
• Knowledge of accounting principles
• Knowledge of financial systems (SAP preferred), advanced Excel skills
• Analyse and present key data
• Correlate with all areas of the business
• A team player who is analytical and keen to present and drive forward new ideas to senior Management.
