The Finance Business Partner will be at the heart of financial operations, empowering teams with critical insights and strategies. To be considered for this role, it is essential to be a Qualified Accountant with previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the manufacturing sector.

About you

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel for financial reporting
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Manufacturing experience (desirable)
  • Available at short notice

What you'll do

  • Partner with business units to create powerful financial strategies
  • Deliver detailed financial analysis that supports key decisions
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and boost revenue potential
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting
  • Variance analysis
  • Present financial insights to senior management, providing recommendations based on financial results
