VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a Finance Assistant for a leading global law firm.

This is a Monday - Friday (5.30pm - 2.00am) position.
The first 3 months would be training 9.00am - 5.30pm in the Belfast City Centre (State of the Art offices). Permanent position.
Salary

Key Tasks:
- Uploading eBills into eBilling portals
- All related administrative duties as instructed by direct line lead in order to successfully submit bills.
- Obtaining appropriate authorisations prior to transaction processing;
- Data entry onto the finance system;
- Dealing with telephone and mailbox enquiries and queries;
- Providing general support and advice within the eBilling department
- Appropriate electronic filing of all documentation;
- Dealing with miscellaneous duties to assist in the smooth running of the department;
- Involvement in ad hoc projects;
The Ideal Person:
- Experience working in an a financial role in a busy office environment
- Good numeracy skills
- Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook;
- Commitment to providing professional, responsive and effective relationships;
- Active team member who supports and engages with others and works effectively in a team;
