The Ideal Person

Previous experience in a busy finance role.
Ability to work on initiative.
Excellent numerical skills and strong attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Accounts Payable, processing invoices from suppliers.
Reconciling supplier accounts.
Monthly creditor payment run - paying suppliers in accordance with payment terms.
Input of client disbursement charges including cheque preparation.
Assist with billing during key periods such as month-end.
Finance administration.
