What You'll Do

As a Finance Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting smooth financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and recording vendor invoices in line with company policies.
  • Ensuring accuracy across finance processes, including coding, timely payments and reconciliations.
  • Preparing weekly vendor payments and processing company credit card statements.
  • Posting and reconciling daily bank transactions.
  • Investigating and resolving invoice or payment discrepancies.
  • Supporting month-end close activities, including accruals and variance analysis.
  • Assisting with supplier account reconciliations and preparing information for auditors.
  • Completing additional finance and accounting tasks as needed.

About You

You'll be a great match if you bring:

  • 2+ years' experience in finance, accounts payable or general accounting within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the confidence to work independently.
  • Good proficiency with Excel and experience using accounting software.
  • Excellent communication skills for working with vendors, auditors and internal teams.
  • A degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a related field (preferred).
