Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Finance Assistant will be responsible for resolving cash processing issues and supporting ongoing cash flow management activities. This role will suit candidates who have experience of working in a high volume transactions environment and are comfortable working with large ERP systems.
This is initially for a period of 9 months on an interim business however due to the size of the organisation there may be the opportunity to move internally to different departments.
Interviews will be taking place w/c 6th June 2022.
The Ideal Person
If you've 2+ years' experience working in a Finance role and are available at short notice.
- Invoice processing experience
- Bank recs
- Experience of using a computerised accounting system
- Payroll experience (desirable)
- Available at short notice
As a Finance Assistant you will:
- Process purchase invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- Handling supplier queries
- Debit and credit entries
- Process weekly payroll
