They provide a high-class service to a number of world-renowned brands and this is an opportunity to work with the biggest names in the industry.

Reporting to the Finance Director, the Finance Assistant will join a supportive team, focusing on the purchase and sales ledger duties of the organisation. Another aspect of this role will be maintenance of the bespoke financial system, including updating supplier/customer information.

This is an initial long term contract position due to business levels, with a realistic possibility of securing a permanent contract.

The Ideal Person

If you've 2+ years' experience in a similar role:

  • Invoice processing experience
  • Billing experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong work ethic and comfortable in a deadline driven industry
  • Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

As a Finance Assistant you will:

  • Process purchase invoices, statement reconciliations and prepare supplier payments
  • Prepare customer billing, raising sales invoices and allocating incoming payments
  • General accounts administration
  • ERP system maintenance including updating supplier/customer information
  • Ad hoc project work
  • Assist with supporting training across the department when required
