About you

If you are a finance professional and are available to join a fast paced organisation and their dynamic finance team the following would be suitable qualities:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Previous experience in a finance-related role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What you'll do

As a Finance Assistant you will:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, invoices, and reports.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial records.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial databases and records.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Support the finance team in analysing financial data and identifying trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial information.
