Vanrath is representing a fast-growing telecommunications provider that is expanding its Northern Ireland field team and is seeking Residential Field Sales Representatives to support the continued rollout of its high-speed broadband network.
With an established sales structure already operating across the region, this position offers an excellent opportunity for motivated sales professionals to work in a high-support, high-reward environment, promoting next-generation connectivity to households as new areas go live.
Location
Field-based role covering Fermanagh & Tyrone
(Candidates can reside anywhere in Northern Ireland)
Earnings & Package
On Target Earnings of approximately £50,000
Base salary: £26,475 plus uncapped monthly commission
No limit on commission earnings
Additional KPI-based performance bonuses
Company vehicle and fuel card provided

Working Hours
Monday - Friday
Typical hours 12:00pm - 8:00pm
Highest customer engagement window 5:00pm - 8:00pm
Field-based within your allocated sales area
Key Responsibilities
Engage directly with homeowners through face-to-face residential sales activity
Promote broadband packages and clearly outline product benefits
Represent the brand professionally within local communities
Meet and exceed sales targets within your territory
Confidently address customer questions and overcome objections
Provide feedback from the field to support network rollout and service delivery teams
Raise awareness of newly available broadband coverage in expanding areas
Candidate Profile
Previous experience in field sales, door-to-door sales, or customer-facing sales roles
Comfortable approaching and speaking with homeowners
Self-motivated with a strong focus on targets and performance
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Driven by commission and earnings potential
Full UK driving licence required
