VANRATH are delighted to be recruiting a Factory Accountant to join a leading manufacturing business based in Enniskillen. This is an opportunity to join a global business who are at the forefront of their market, including recognisable brands within their portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Finance, this is an important role for the business and you will take responsibility for ensuring tight month end reporting, in order to facilitate to month end close.

This role will suit a hands-on Accountant (Qualified/Part/Qualified) who has a strong character and an ability to work to multiple deadlines. If you have manufacturing experience, along with a proven ability to develop team members, this could be the ideal role for you.

About you

• Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Results driven with high attention to detail
• Extensive management accounting experience, preferably from a manufacturing environment
• SAP experience (Desirable)
• Continuous improvement mindset

What you'll do

• Financial reporting and analysis of cost of sales & overheads
• Supporting and influencing management to deliver cost improvements
• Prepare monthly accounts, annual budgets, forecasts, and year-end accounts
• Delivering accurate cost performance reporting & analysis
• New product costings, reviewing existing costings
• Drive continuous improvement
