About you
Qualified Accounting Technician (ATI / AAT)
Proven experience in a busy finance environment
Strong understanding of ledgers, reconciliations, and month-end processes
Excellent Excel skills and strong competency across Microsoft Office
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Confident working independently and collaboratively within a team
What you'll do
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will support the core activities of the central finance function, including:
Managing purchase and sales ledger processing, reconciliations, and supplier payments
Overseeing bank reconciliations, lodgements, and supporting cashflow management
Assisting with month-end processes, including reconciliations, journals, and reporting
Preparing audit documentation and supporting compliance requirements
Maintaining accurate financial records and contributing to ongoing process improvements
Supporting general office administration such as scanning, filing, and occasional reception cover
