  • Provide expert guidance on payments and e-money regulation including PSD2, safeguarding, AML/CTF, and consumer protection.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of consultants, supporting professional growth and ensuring quality outcomes.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and design effective regulatory strategies.
  • Contribute to the firm's European service development, identifying new opportunities and driving innovation.
  • Ensure consistent delivery against project quality, timelines, and commercial targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of European regulatory developments and industry best practice.

  • Direct client exposure across a diverse European portfolio of payments and financial services firms.
  • Collaborative culture with hybrid working and genuine flexibility.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including enhanced leave, pension, private medical cover, learning and development support, and a strong social and wellbeing culture.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in regulatory compliance, audit, or risk management within financial services.
  • Deep understanding of European and UK payments regulation (PSD2, safeguarding, AML/CTF).
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing multiple client engagements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project-delivery skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset, commercial acumen, and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
