Estates Programme Manager (Public Sector)
Are you looking for a Estates Programme Manager (Public Sector) role? Interested in working for a large public body?
Remuneration:
c£39,748, alongside holiday entitlement and pension (from day one).
The Ideal Person
- Be a Registered Architect, Chartered Engineer or Chartered Surveyor (or equivalent professional membership).
- Hold a full valid driving licence and have use of a car for official business or require consideration of reasonable adjustment in respect of disability to meet the travel requirements of the position.
- Have at least two years' experience in property management related services, gained within the last five years.
- Have at least two years' experience in the management of a large estate capital programme and/or maintenance programme, gained within the last five years.
