Estates Assistant Project Planner (Public Sector)
VANRATH are assisting our client, a large Public Sector Organisation, in their search for an Estates Assistant Project Planner for 6 months initially with the possibility of extension/permanent, based in Lisburn.
Responsibilities
The post holder will be responsible for the management of the estate, vehicle fleet, risk management, information governance and ensuring compliance with any legal requirements associated with service delivery.
Essential skills required
Hold a Bachelor's Degree (UK Qualification and Credit Framework Level 6) or an equivalent, higher or professional qualification and have two years demonstrable experience of preparing business cases and managing a budget;
OR
Have four years demonstrable experience of preparing business cases and managing a budget.
Remuneration
£44,428, per annum, plus discount benefits.
