ERP Systems Developer

My client are a company based in Northern Ireland that specialises in electrical and mechanical engineering services. They provide a range of services across various industries, including water and wastewater treatment, power generation, pharmaceuticals, and more.

Their services include design, installation, maintenance, and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems.

They are looking for a Systems Development Engineer with ERP systems experience to join their dynamic team.

They need a high-performing individual to accelerate their systems integration transformation, the successful candidate will spear head the implementation of a full ERP and MRP system.

Combining accountabilities for delivery, continuous improvement and building an in-house capability, this exciting new role will provide the opportunity to work with all departments within the Company to ensure the system is developed and tailored to our business needs.

Essential Criteria:

• Experience and understanding of Commercial/financial reporting.
• An expert knowledge of ERP and MRP systems, with preference given to SICON & SAGE experience.
• Excellent understanding of development methodologies, specifically Agile related methods.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A proactive, inquisitive nature - always looking for the long-term solution.
• Experience of working in collaborative and agile teams

Technical expertise including:

• Coding ability to support the creation and maintenance of an ERP/MRP system.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL server and other relational database management systems.
