Position Overview:

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the maintenance, repair, and enhancement of various equipment integral to the organization's daily functions.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in a range of equipment.
  • Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and necessary repairs to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and prioritize equipment-related issues efficiently.
  • Document maintenance activities accurately, including work performed, parts used, and equipment status.
  • Recommend improvements to enhance equipment efficiency and longevity.
  • Uphold stringent safety protocols and maintain a well-organized workspace.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Equipment Technician or similar role.
  • Technical diploma or certification in equipment maintenance or a related field.
  • Possess a level 3 qualification in Mechanical, electrical, hydraulics or pneumatic
  • Familiarity with various equipment types and manufacturers.
  • Class B driving license
  • Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to established protocols.
