We're seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead teams delivering scalable payment solutions in a fast-paced fintech environment. This role requires a balance of technical depth and structured leadership.
The Role
- Lead multiple engineering teams across core payment platforms
- Provide technical direction, contributing to and challenging system design
- Drive structured delivery, from early validation through to release
- Collaborate with product and stakeholders to align on business goals
- Ensure high-quality, secure, and scalable systems
About You
- Proven experience leading teams in complex, high-pressure environments
- Strong technical background with the ability to engage deeply in system design
- Demonstrates clear, structured thinking and concise communication
- Comfortable balancing hands-on technical input with strategic leadership
- Experience with high-availability, scalable systems (payments a plus)
