Electrical Assembly Supervisor
Belfast
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the UK and Ireland's leading Building Services specialists as an Electrical Assembly Supervisor.
Our client designs, develops, and delivers offsite-prefabricated, innovative, and sustainable building service solutions to major projects across the UK and Europe.

The Role
As Electrical Assembly Supervisor, you'll play a key role in leading and developing the electrical assembly function within the Belfast facility. You'll oversee a dedicated team and subcontractors, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily electrical assembly operations to meet production schedules.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a growing electrical assembly team.
- Liaise with Project Managers to track progress, address challenges, and drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee quality control, compliance, and safety standards across all activities.
- Support efficiency and performance initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve productivity.
- Attend project and site meetings, ensuring smooth coordination of materials and resources.
- Manage subcontractors and ensure all RAMS documentation is complete and up to date.
About You
Essential:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or Project Manager in a manufacturing, construction, or engineering environment.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to inspire others to deliver results.
Desirable:
- Experience implementing continuous improvement or lean initiatives.
