Electrical Assembly Supervisor
Belfast

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the UK and Ireland's leading Building Services specialists as an Electrical Assembly Supervisor.


Our client designs, develops, and delivers offsite-prefabricated, innovative, and sustainable building service solutions to major projects across the UK and Europe.

The Role
As Electrical Assembly Supervisor, you'll play a key role in leading and developing the electrical assembly function within the Belfast facility. You'll oversee a dedicated team and subcontractors, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.



Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily electrical assembly operations to meet production schedules.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a growing electrical assembly team.
  • Liaise with Project Managers to track progress, address challenges, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee quality control, compliance, and safety standards across all activities.
  • Support efficiency and performance initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve productivity.
  • Attend project and site meetings, ensuring smooth coordination of materials and resources.
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure all RAMS documentation is complete and up to date.


About You
Essential:

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or Project Manager in a manufacturing, construction, or engineering environment.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to inspire others to deliver results.

Desirable:

  • Experience implementing continuous improvement or lean initiatives.
