eBilling Team Lead

Job Description


VANRATH are delighted to be working with a global industry leading law firm to recruit an eBilling Team Lead to join their Belfast Finance team.

The team are committed to a strong client service ethic, adhering to Service Level Agreements, targets, and deadlines to meet client expectations.
As the eBilling Team Lead, you will manage approximately seven direct reports and oversee eBilling services for all their network offices.

What you will do:

  • Assist the Manager with global transactional eBilling processes.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the eBilling Team.
  • Allocate work effectively, making necessary compromises to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Manager to set and translate challenging team goals into individual objectives, conducting regular one-on-one meetings with team members.
  • Identify team members' skills and plan workloads to maximise productivity.
  • Encourage team members to take on new responsibilities and support their development.
  • Develop clear people development and succession plans for the team.



What you will have:

  • Experience with eBilling systems and processes.
  • Awareness and experience working with customers from diverse countries and cultures.
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and complex finance systems.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality client service and build strong, trusted advisor relationships.
  • Foster a collaborative working environment.
  • Effective leadership skills to ensure consistent delivery of quality services.
  • Technical knowledge to understand and solve technical issues.
