VANRATH are delighted to be working with a global industry leading law firm to recruit an eBilling Assistant to join their Belfast Finance team.

What You Will Do

  • Upload eBills into eBilling portals.
  • Perform all related administrative duties as instructed by your direct line lead to ensure successful bill submission.
  • Obtain appropriate authorisations before processing transactions.
  • Enter data into the finance system.
  • Handle telephone and email enquiries and queries.
  • Provide general support and advice within the eBilling department.
  • Appropriately file all documentation electronically.
  • Undertake miscellaneous duties to assist in the smooth running of the department.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects.

  • Experience with eBilling systems and knowledge of eBilling processes.
