Job Description

VANRATH are again delighted to be assisting a major Client with the Recruitment of an E-Commerce Growth Manager to join their growing and dynamic team based in Belfast.

Salary - £35,000 - £40,000 Starting salary + Market Leading Benefits

Hours - Mon-Fri-09:00-17:00 - Flexible start times and Hybrid after 6 month probation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the strategy with the Head of Ecommerce and Digital for the execution, and success of CRO, execute expertly, using insight led user experiences
  • Drive profitable growth across all websites and develop the best approach to present our products/proposition through optimal UX, to optimise the ecommerce across all our brands
  • Conduct A/B tests, optimise sales funnels & landing pages
  • Maximise sales growth from CPC/PPC
  • Manage, maintain, grow and where necessary launch, ecommerce marketplaces
  • Create and drive a sales growth strategy with existing customers to improve order frequency, customer lifetime values and average order value
  • Use a data-driven approach with an elevated level of analytical reporting, providing strategic insights
  • Discover and manage business intelligence tools and provide reporting
  • Coordinate closely with the Senior Ecommerce Manager and wider team
  • Internal CRO training and support
  • To perform the job in accordance with company policies and procedures, especially the Equal Opportunities and Harassment Policy.
  • To perform any other duties as may reasonably be required from time-to-time.
