Dual Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical & Mechanical)
Location: Antrim
Salary: £43,000+ (DOE)
Shifts: Day & Evening Shift (No Nights)
A well-established and growing manufacturing company based in Antrim is seeking a Dual Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their engineering team. This is a permanent opportunity offering strong earning potential, structured shifts, and long-term career development - with no night work required.
The Role:
- Provide electrical and mechanical maintenance support across manufacturing equipment
- Diagnose, fault-find, and repair breakdowns to minimise downtime
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities
- Work with PLC-controlled systems for fault diagnosis (Allen Bradley / Siemens or similar)
- Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
- Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety standards
What We're Looking For:
- Dual skilled background with both electrical and mechanical experience
- Proven maintenance experience within a manufacturing or production environment
- PLC fault-finding experience essential
- Recognised engineering qualification (electrical or mechanical)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
